Self-portrait [1984]
Arranger
Jim has been arranging music for the guitar since 1971 in
many categories and from many different instruments. In
the classical genre, he has chosen music from the lute, harpsichord,
piano, string quartet and orchestra. These arrangements
have been set as guitar solos, duos, trios as well as quartets.
Besides this category, he has made numerous arrangements of
popular, traditional, ethnic and Christmas songs as well as
famous movie and TV themes. All of these categories have several
versions of each song or piece in graded levels of difficulty. In
this way many levels of playing ability can be accommodated.
